Notes on claiming your high score and winning a pair of SunGlasses worth $250.00:

Play our simple & fun video game. You are ONLY competing against those who have our pamphlet.  No one else can compete, in the contest (unless you give them our pamplet.... so don't do it!)

To be entered to win,  enter your name in the high score option at the end of the game:  
• Clear the "Anonymous" name and enter you own name with the PREFIX->  "HF"  so we know you are a health fair particpant.
• Finally Click Submit
• This will save your score to list with lots of others. To distinguish yourself, send us an email with your name and high score. (It must be preceeded by the letters  "HF" )
To be a winner in this contest,  you  must submit  the  email as explained above and tell us what the disease is that is listed under "RETINA HEALTH SCAN DIANOSIS"  as  item #1  of the 6 listed diseases. (This is on the literature we gave you.)
